OK, I decided to help out some people that are new to Graphics and can't understand other peoples and I's critique.
CnC/Critique:
Depth:
a dimension taken through an object or body of material, usually downward from an upper surface, horizontally inward from an outer surface, or from top to bottom of something regarded as one of several layers.
Compo(Composition):
1.the act of combining parts or elements to form a whole.
2.the resulting state or product.
3.manner of being composed; structure: This painting has an orderly composition.
Monotone:
Of one color.
Flow:
Basically, the opposite of messiness, everything fits well together and looks fluid.
Focal:
1. having or localized centrally at a focus; "focal point"; "focal infection"
2. of or relating to a focus; "focal length"
Basic Understanding:
Why are people telling me I need to 'sharpen the focal', and how do I do it?
To sharpen your focal, you can either make a new layer, go to image>apply image, then go filter>sharpen>sharpen.
I want a border!!!!

make a new layer, then select the marquee tool (press 'M' on your keyboard.) and then press CTRL+A , you should now have little 'ants' running around your image, right click inside the image and then pick 'stroke' , you then choose the settings which you wish and tah dah! a border.
Someone said I was Novice, but another guy said I was Moderate, what do these words mean?
in Graphics, people have a basic procedure on how to Rank people, they class them under either of these words(Examples not done by me.):

Intermediate, e.g:
Professional, e.g:
