garrysmod->garrysmod->lua->autorun->client-> make a new txt file, paste the code, name it sethhack.lua and then start gmod and join a server.

Edit: This doesn't work as is, it's dependent on some module that (according to a staff member on SethHack) modifies your registry, as well as does other things. You'll need some basic lua knowlage and edit out all the features that includes shit from it.

I think Seth got tired of filing copyright complaints and devnulling sites. Only 1 or 2 pastebin mirror(s) got taken down as well as Facepunch "experiencing downtime" after the source was posted there, and nothing else has been done since. So the rest of the mirrors will probably stay up.
