Visual Basic memory hacking howto?

iam trying to make my own memory hack.
i read this tutorial and c&p it

but at all isnt memory hacking detected by nearly every anti cheat ?

its just for Lan games (at first) maybe later i'll add some stuff that VAC will not detect it.
