unlike wc3, information is stored serverside, the game does not provide the needed info. at least they are stating that.
its the same method hon switched to, i guess.
hacking isnt impossible, but you need to go deep into the materials, making it unlikely that someone would just invest a lot of work for fun, releasing it public and maybe seeing his work patched fast. . .

Except for the bypass 'busy server' status.
When your at the screen with the play button and it says busy, press Up, Down, Left, Right, Up, Up, Down, Down and you'll never see the busy status again.
