Can a base be detected?

Hey.
I have a - for you a probably very easy - question:
Is it possible, that VAC2 detects complete bases?

Because I tried to create my own little hack based on the P7 Simple Base, I added a few codes (c&p) and created my own menu (yes, it's realy made by myself :p).

And I got banned! How is this possible?
It's possible by adding the speed or radarhack?

I just copied the speedhack and hooking it without any security :/
And I write the adresses of the radar simply with WriteProcessMemory.

Please answer detailed; I don't really know how VAC2 works and how it detects cheats.

If you code a hack or c+p your own hack and if it doesent have VAC2 proofens than it will be automatically detected by VAC2 and your account is fucked. :smiley_264:

The radar patch probably got you banned since it patches in the memory of HL2.exe and VAC looks for changes there.

Thx - I removed the speed- and radarhack, tested it on another acc and I look if it gets banned.

If you don't have the VAC Proof in the base, the cheat will be not vac proof, you have to make it yourself !

yes - this is because I asked it here, but I think also like Om1 that the speed- or radarhack were the cause of the ban.

Well imo it was not only the radarpatch that got u banned. learn some c++ instead of ripping a code. and i guess your other acc is going to be banned aswell ;)
