first download the sourcecode and start it in c++
if there you can get many infos about rh and how its coded :3
and in your bin is a folder with the name "blank plugins"

Trying to code Royal Hack plugins is definately the way you wont learn a shit.
Start by spending rest of your day reading and experimenting with this tutorial, i think it's pretty well done:

Also started with this, pretty good in my opinion.

Coding plugins for a game like css should be one of the last things you do after you read many tutorials and tried everything by yourself, starting with Hello World and so on.
Coding something relating to D3D games and stuff needs more knowledge than basic C++, there also tutorials for that findable in the interwebz.
