desperate help

ok so i got to using a 2k8 src (thx jenson) and i started using VGui_Paint as a drawing function. well it turns out that shit draws weird. so i asked jenson if he knew how to hook paint traverse, and he sent me a pastebin link to it. i put it in and it didnt hook. i would post the link to the code im using but idk if the code is private or not. can someone please tell me y it aint hooking?
