just another one of the codes for steam on my hard drive i dont use it but i think you guys can put it to some use

from what i gather it :

* accepts both nonsteam and steam players
* steam users = real ids, nonsteam users = steam_0:0:0
* VAC2 ok (shouldn't allow banned losers to join)

it patches the source engine for steam.

it's a server side Patch, what allows cracked clients to connect to your server.

Ah, okay, I read it when I had just woke up, "*accepts both nonsteam and steam players" should have cleared it up
