was still dependent to valve sdk libs & used borrowed code but also contains oc soooo,
for history i guess it's good to release it now that it's old and not noob friendly(also since i took an interest in maintaining it and updating);
inb4 ppl claims leaks outside here

compiled using vs2003 and everything default
the only dependencies are win32 dlls & tier0.dll
work as is nothing fancy required.

didnt post more recent due to the fact that in 2008 migrated to d3d drawing
& stripped all that stuff linked to valve libs which are minimal here and non-existant then.

ps:
does not include the loader src or bin and will not release it, no need to ask (or do so)


should works in hl2/mp/dods/gmod/else of the same era too
