Using to much blur affect on font Or outline light etc.. The tittle looks blurry to me.. weird..

The new bars look really blurry and awful. Also i think the first character on all the title's needs to be in CAPS apart from "myg0t" obviously.

Now with the SS Rank Image Bar i agree its much needed.

Use image insignia from "1.SS.Panzer Division Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler" to create a bar.

I honestly have to say that your not really that amazing at GFX. All you do is make the background for the wallpapers and then just add text and a lot of effects and gradients that spoils it. Same with are logo and are new image ranks. Not being funny but if i downloaded Photoshop and used the correct resolutions for image bars i could do better. I personally preferred the one old ones we had. Personally i think you need to listen to my previous advice which you didn't take in because the v2 image ranks first character doesn't start with a CAPITAL and still have a blur. Which leads me to think you don't understand English very well and your very new to doing GFX.

Get better at GFX or stop pretending you can do GFX. Sorry to seem mean.

At the end of it i get no say its up to unstuck. Just saying what i think. If i could be assed to download Photoshop and show you better i would it would not be hard.

What constitutes an aesthetically pleasing design is subjective that much is true, however there are things that can be seen as objectively worse in terms of approaches to design.
Like tom's already said, your design is gimmicky and tacky; and like I had originally said: you can only dress poor design with gradients and effects so much. Relying on them to make the design is poor practice in general.

Simple, Effective and Eye Catching. That means Block Color with no effects for a start and then get rid of that stupid slant on the text and make the first letter also a capital, then combine all the layers to one and then add 1 effect like outer glow onto your work. So many always spoils everything. I think even you will look at and think yea i like it.
