use magic wand tool, cut the girl out touch up the edges do some smudgin and place her on your sig ^^

The problem on adding a girl over a done image, is the blending and colors, although It can be resolved, before starting the editions, if you have the background and girl, the colors and all the tweaks that you do to the image, both bg and the girl will blend way more smoothly.
