just need to <center> display avatar in postbit legacy template

have no accesq to acp on this acc will do it monday when i ll be at home with all the needed stuff to fix any current vb shits

- shoutbox securiry fix & looks fix (atm even if not shoutbox admin angry humsters can exploit vb security token to display private channels and use shoutbox moderation shit)

- fix mistakes on both templates (mattdog and mine) .. header not properly displayed (headinclude) on some shit so it totally fucks the whole page Oo

will improve current "private message preview" , will add a "See More" function so you will be able to see the whole message with a javascript display shit and if your browser dont support java it will just redirect you to the full message ^^ so only javascript hamsters will be happy on this point lol

after that dunno what to fix exactly , fixed the cmps bug yesterday , when the password expiry delay was done you wasnt able to update your password because of the missing php file Oo just removed error checker so php file not needed anymore (and have no clue of what is this php shit anyway , never seen it ...)
