I need help hacking vehicles on APB:R

This is what i have done so far - but all i did was replace textures - noone else can see the spoiler!

How can i make this viewable for everyone else? Please unstuck - help me!! :(

Do i need to edit client files, such as:
APB_ItemRestrictionSystem.upk ?

The changes that you made are clientsided so only you can see this shit ^^
