Sony Vegas Plugin Help

Hey

I decided to go back to the css moviemaking scene, and therefore I installed Sony Vegas Pro 8.0 last night, but here is my problem:
I installed Magic Bullet looks and then I started sony vegas, and it didn't appear in the Video FX tab. I tried installing differenct Vegas pro versions (Sony vegas pro 8,9,10) and Magic Bullet Looks versions, but no luck.

Now I tried to fix this god damn thing for 5 hours with no luck!

Any suggestions is appreciated!

I tried so many different MBL versions, and many sony vegas's aswell, and none worked. Gotta be something different :(!!

Definatly use Vegas 8 32BIT (NOT 64Bit because of Redgiant Software. It works on 64Bit. Dont worry ^^).

No Bugs. Fastest. Best Quality. Compatible with ALL Plugins! :)

This is waht I have been doing all the time. Plus I don't think there is a 64bit version of Vegas Pro 8. Please correct me if I am wrong

You have to install MBL into the Plugins folder within Vegas to get it to work in the VideoFX tab. Example: C:/ProgramFiles/Sony/VegasPro 9.0/VideoPlugins.

Installed it, but when I went to open it, there were no plugins at all :S

you have to istall MBL yourself lolz :D just copy you pluginsfolder from your other v8 release into this one and install mbl and you should be fine!

what I mean is there is NO plugins or effects or ANYTHING in the videoFX tab. Neither in the other tabs

I know! why do you think its only ~200mb!
but that not that dramatic! you can copy these effects etc from you other versions of vegas 8

Don't have the other versions of 8 anymore, since I could only have 1 at a time.
Installed MBL, but it still didn't appear

No worries - I report back how it went after I've been to work. But I do think I have an idea what could have caused this. Since I got a SSD harddisc, I changed my shell folder destination to save up the memory on my SSD, but I guess that made some corrupt datas with plugins :D

heheheh I don't expect you to understand that part xD Kinda writing to my self :o
