Hey guys, I'm buying a new computer soon, anything around ?400.

Ideas? Would be nice if it came with nice mouse+keyboard and moniter etc.

I can get mouse, keyboard and headset. so it's not necessary.

Must have good performance, 200+ FPS in CS:S. :D

not gonna happen for 400.
you might be able to get away with the new amd cpu with integrated gpu.

you can save for a dedicated GPu and use this CPU/GPU which would be more than enough for css.
