Run program without admin priviledges?

Is that possible under windows 7?

We have win7's at school and damn it's hard to install something on it, i need either admin pass or some way to install shit on it without admin priviledges.

I got admin priviledges, but when I try to execute an exe from cmd, nothing happens?

maybe it is protected too somehow?

edit: it does execute the program, there's some internet problems.... there it gives internet connectivity error.
Well, our school's security wasn't that good, I could run ophcrack installer thru cmd and get the admin pass now anyways
