If you want to cheat in this game (which is actually almost "dead") you have 4 options:

1. buy organner or rh
2. learn any proper language such as c, c++ or asm
3. ask gaben for an exception of vac (you'll have to sleep with that smelling, small dicked fatty though)
4. take psychoactive substances like lyseric acid (it will sharpen your senses and improve your reactions vastly. if you don't believe me, google it)

if you are not able to do any of those, you are just fkd

Yep but won't make you play any better.
I once played LoL while on LSD, and I missed the whole game while looking how beautiful the nature and the characters were. I also thought "why should I kill any of these beauties?" and therefor didn't kill any creeps nor enemies.
