Got to meet probably the most known cheater in Chivalry and he was nice enough to let me record, and even attach some sort of cheat that killed people in a ~5 foot radius of me.

Never played this game but it could just be admin commands, why hasn't he ever recorded from his side.

I does look very server sided with probably some lame script hes added to the server.

He can do all of this in any random server he wants. I do believe he can hack himself into being an admin because he's able to: Change server speed, prevent himself from being kicked, and change map at any time he pleases.

Ask him for a screeny of his "Hack" if it is a hack. Because all he is doing then is exploiting the game and sooner or later it will become patched. Or he is exploiting certain servers.
