try to remove some transparent areas instead of directly resizing the picture, it'll fuck it anyway if you resize pixels or smth o_O

need to reduce working area (photoshop can do it)

First I tought I must have to re-do the logo bigger than I fund it here : https://royalhack.net/home/top.png

It keeps your vertical dimension (50) and it's also keeping proportions :
